In 1981 after 9 years as an underwriter at Ontario Mutual in Grand Valley, Grace opened the doors to her own brokerage.

Grace brought her son-in-law Randy Crane into the business in 1995.

​

Randy and his wife Janice bought the brokerage in 1997 and continued to own it and operate until late 2021 when their son Cole purchased the brokerage.

​

Grace stayed on and worked with Randy until her retirement in 2019.

​

Randy and Janice continue to work at the office.
